Austin, TX - November 8, 2017- Do512 Family and Howdy Honda are pleased to announce the Keep Austin Thankful Photo Contest, a fundraising campaign to benefit Upbring, a nonprofit organization striving to break the cycle of child abuse in Texas.

With a focus on thanks and giving this fall, Howdy Honda and Do512 Family are inviting Austinites to take a photo of something that they are thankful for. For every photo sent in, Howdy Honda will donate $5 to Upbring (up to $5,000). Additionally, United Heritage Charity Foundation will match the total donation.

Now through Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 participants can send their photo (maximum of 2 photos per household) to givethanks@do512.com, or post to Instagram using the hashtags #KeepAustinThankful #Do512Family & #HowdyHonda, also tagging @do512family and @howdyhonda. Each photo submitted should include the following:

1.     First & last name of adult submitting the photo

2.     Name of photographer (if a child, please include age)

3.     Email & phone number

In addition to the fundraising component, entries are eligible to win a grand prize of four tickets to Ballet Austin’s The Nutcracker, a $200 gift certificate to Eberly and $50 ride credit for transportation on this Family Night Out. Do512 Family & Howdy Honda staff will judge the photographs, and a winner will be chosen on December 7, 2017.
