National 4-H Science Day went off with a bang at Pecan Springs Elementary!  It was my first day working with the Eagles 4-H After School club at the school and we taught them how to shoot off rockets using air pressure.  Their mission was to get food supplies to the people of the island of Ceres, who had been cut off from food for nearly a week due to a typhoon.  Hula hoops were used to represent the island of Ceres.  Luckily, our mission was accomplished and we succeeded in getting the rockets close enough to the islands for the people to recover the food.  Here are some highlights:
