Travis County's 7th Annual History Day was today and it was celebrating 100 years of Extension Services in Travis County!  The event was held at the Commissioner's Court and was attended by current Extension Agents, former Extension Agents, 4-H families and volunteers, Director of Texas Agrilife Extension Doug Steele, County Judge Sam Biscoe, Master Gardeners, the Travis County History Committee, and other members of the community.  Mr. Steele and Mr. Biscoe both gave inspiring speeches and 4-H members provided the entertainment including an excellent rendition of "What a Wonderful World" performed by Makalah Adams of Bethany 4-H.  The event was a huge success and I think the photos speak for themselves:
