Today was our Science of Ag event out at the Travis County Expo Center.  We had youths from St. Elmo and Baty Elementary attend the event.  The participants learned about agriculture and healthy eating.  Maria and I taught about dairy and cows.  The BLT program taught about healthy lifestyles.  The Warwicks volunteered and led the youths in physical activity for the Fuel Up to Play 60 program.  4-H Capitol brought out goats.  Wizzie taught about insects and the Master Gardeners taught about the MyPlate.  Ralph taught about Food and Fiber.  I also managed to take some photos and I'd like to share the highlights with you:
